returning P0300 issue

Hello everyone,

About 6 months ago i had a P0300 code and to make long story short in order to solve this problem I had to change

- Coils & Spark Plugs
- EGR Valve
- Pre-Cat

Now just recently the P0300 code returned, but the symptoms are different from the last time. The car sputters and feels like stalling only within the first 10 minutes of starting it. And also the car only sputters when its at idle, it will drop down to 2000 RPM and stabilize after a few seconds and never stalls.

Any ideas would be appreciated, Ive just about had it with this car!!!

2000 RPMS or 200?

(HIgh idle is only 1700 RPMs on mine....)

Have you cleaned the EGR? Shoot carb cleaner through a straw into the black squarish hole in the throttle body on the bottom that you see when the plate is open. Spray all around to clean any other gunk on the t/b... Hook it up all back up and run it. It will be hard tostart and run (keep giving it gas) and will smoke terribly. Once it clears it should run much better (if that was it).

Our tachometers start at 500 RPM, so I'm guessing he must mean about 600 RPM (second mark up). If none of the above suggestions work, try checking for an intake manifold leak, or a fuel pressure problem.
