Starting issue with 2014 CX-5

I've very recently been having issues starting my car. what will happen is i'll get in and go to start and it won't crank. the key light on the cluster is red, after a while i've gotten it to start, but it threw a check engine light with the codes

U0100
U0115
P2610

i have an oem remote start kit installed in it, the dealer said that could be the issue, but i was wondering if anyone else here had the same issue and what y'all did to solve it.

I would remove and clean all battery connections and if that doesn't work I'd consider a new battery.

battery is brand new, nothing wrong wrong with it at all
