Request to call Mazda Corp: For Live Traffic

Considering the current recall notice, really doubt the Live Traffic Initiative is high on the priority list @HeadOffice.
Also by the time this feature is made available, there may be a new better traffic app that is not included/compatible.....

There will always be a newer/better app on the market. It's the nature of the beast but it's not a reason for doing nothing.
A bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush.

As for the recall, I hope Mazda Corp can deal with several issues at the same time. At this point, the impact of the recall should be for the dealers fixing the problem, not for Mazda Corp to design the solution. It's already done.

This seems to have escalated very quickly and there wasn't an explanation regarding the specifics that I could see.

Which cars and which system are having this problem? I have a 2015 with TomTom NB1 and I was getting accident updates as recently as last week. This is, of course, when the NB1 is being finicky and requiring that I update the GPSFix file every few weeks.
