Thank you everyone for your comments. I’m not that into car specs so I’d like to get information form mazda owners to tailor my choices. I believe I’m just going to replace my back pads and rotors. In regards to brake pads I’m only used oem brakes what are the main differences between oem brakes and other brake pads? And if I was going to replace just the back pads using different brakes from the back and front I’m assuming is a bad idea or does it not matter?
I’m regards to prices I went to 5 different shops for full brake pads and of course the dealership cost the most compared to the other shops at around $1,300 and the auto shops at $1,000-1100. Any recommendations with a reliable body shop in Toronto with a fair price? As I decided in the end just to do the back to be worked on and not all of the brake pads and rotors.
