Removing plastic panels

Hey all,

Does anyone have any idea how to remove the plastic panels that line the inside of the car, near the door? I want to run my amp power line underneath of them.. I'm afraid just pulling up on them might break them in half. Is there a trick to this?

no trick, just pull up..........

i used that little mazda part book they give you, with the prices,
and starting from the top pry it off, just to pop the first tab
then you can pop them off from behind
