how do i remove the turbo from the manifold?
where do i start as far as the coolant and oil line are concerned and how do i get to them?

Your better off removing the manifold and the tubo as one assembly. Remove the Fans from the car, I recomend putting cardboard over the radiator so you dont accidentlly puncture it when working in there, its tight.

The oil feed line and return lines need to be removed. The feed line is the one on top and you can use an open wrench to get at it (its tight), i think its 7/16 or 9/16 youll have to check. The return line is on the bottom, that one you use Allen Wrenches to remove. You can either do it from the bottom of the turbo or the engine block. Which ever is easier for you. The coolant lines just use slip on connections on the front right of the engine. If you follow them you can see where they connect. Use needle nose pliers to remove the clips and they just slip out. Then you need to remove the charge piping and intake piping. And finally, the "S" pipe needs to be detatched. I usually do it where it meets the J pipe and pull the turbo out with the S pipe still attached as its only 3 bolts and the S pipe ones at the turbo are almost impossible to get off while its in the car. Unclip the 02 Sensor harness. Then remove the Manifold nuts/bolts. leave the 2 stud nuts on hand tight so it will stay on there till your ready to remove it, as its heavy. I think thats everything
