Remote start

I want to get a remote starter for my girls 08 manual 3, and wanted to see if you needed a key inside the car for the remote start. Didn't know if the keys were chipped or not.

There is an immobilizer in these cars. U can use the Xpresskit PKFM. U will not lose a key if you use that module.

Or use the PKALL module. I say that because you can usually find these modules at best buy or local dealer instead of the specific ford mazda version that is specialized but no different that you have to buy online usually.
