Regretful MSP owner...

On top of all the other problems that take away from the MSP, I've recently got another gift from Mazda. The past week has gotten colder here in SC. Now when I drive the car in 40-50 degree temperatures, the suspension makes some awful sounds when going over bumps and dips. It's a horrible scrubbing, crunching kind of sound. Sometimes it sounds like the tires are rubbing in the fenders or something. I guess it's the struts and coils, but it's like the car was 20 years old or something.

I've had it, I'm gonna sell my POS, I mean MSP. Even with the "flash", it still hesitates like crap. It would probably be a lot quicker if it didn't stutter so much.

One plus though, I had an annoying rattle in the backseat area only to find that it was my baby's car seat. Finally, something Mazda didn't mess up.:D

[RANT]I guarantee that there are 50 people on here who would love to have your MSP even if it is full of problems. I'm SO tired of people complaining about their MSPs & saying they want to sell them. You either should have researched more before you bought it or you're just giving up much too easily. The only people I think have justification to want to sell their MSPs because of problems are people like boostisgood who had their engine blow up on them, but instead, he is one of the biggest MSP fanatics. Either get over it or do exactly what chino said.[/RANT]

I LOVE my Mazdaspeed & it only gets better every day.

[threadjack]Fatdaddy, how old are you? I'm not trying to insult you...I'm just curious.[/threadjack]

i think youre barking up the wrong tree :p
Not quite sure what you meant by that Dexter, but either way, I missed the baby seat comment. That answers enough for me:p

I have been telling everyone this since before the MSP came out.
Mp3 owners have said it thousands of times before.
We also said the MSP has the same suspension as us.

Why did no one want to listen to us?

Also there is nothing wrong with the suspension as far as the squeeks go. Thats simply what happens when you make an econmy car handle extreamly well.

That may help, but the damage is done.
Most people here got rip s*** when ever someone vocalized these issues 6 months ago. Thus we stopped making them when people asked about the MSP.
THus here we are with half the MSP owners not even wanting the car.

Its a good car, you just have to know what your getting into.

boostisgood lost an engine? this is news to me.

Isn't he the one who had the legal problems surrounding a blown engine or some other major catastrophy with his car? Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought it was him.

Well yeah, blowing a motor would really suck. Haven't had that problem, yet anyway.

Seriously though, I agree I should have researched before I bought the MSP. I'm an impulsive buyer. I see something I want and I go get it. One would assume that he can buy a brand new car and it atleast be trouble-free for a while before crap starts happening. I had never even seen an MSP until the day before I bought mine. I thought it looked sweet, and it felt like a really nice car for the money. It seemed fine in the test drive and I didn't notice the hesitation until after a couple of days when my wife started complaining about something being wrong with it. I have had more cars than I can count, and I've never had one that had so many issues as the MSP. And that list includes alot of crappy cars.:) I just don't see how so many people can still be happy that they paid $15-20k on a car that has so many problems that won't go away. The MSP has great potential, but it is just real dissappointing to me.

BLAH BLAH BLAH shut up. Go away. Quickly. No one here cares.
:flip: I almost want to keep my MSP so I can come on here everyday and b**** about new problems just to annoy you.

The only problem with selling it is I will have to put in another couple grand to sell it. I paid $21k for mine, and now they're selling for like $16k 2 or 3 months later.

Oh, and I'm 32 y/o with 2 kids and a 3rd on the way.

Cough, Cough, bulls***.

it was me....me....ME!!!

Which brings me to my next topic...

When you sell your car to buy a Kia....DONT SIGN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT!!! that's good advice for you all.
