Rear fog light/reflectors

So in Australia our Mazda 2's dont have these

I was wondering if you can get them as just reflectors or are they all fog lights

They're just reflectors here in the U.S.

Reflectors in the UK, but i changed mine for a foreign one so got a fog in both......

In fact got tail / brake bulbs in so they side lights when lights on then fogs when the tail part of the bulb comes on...

DF7151660B think this is the left hand fog to replace the reflector ?
