Rear Bushings

Do you think that I could make Mazda order me a different set of bushings rather than the ones that they seem to keep putting on that squeek after a couple of weeks. I have had my dealership replace the bushings going on 4 times now and the squeek has always came back. Any suggestions???

You can do 1 of 2 things:

1. Take the car back to the dealer and get them to lube the bushings. Or
2. You can lube them yourself.

This isn't a permanent fix but it'll definitely get rid of the squeaking for now. Oh yeah, make sure the dealer has installed the 156E's.

Thats the thing, they say that they lube them and the car is fine, but after a few weeks and warm weather the squeek comes back. I just got the call saying that they just ordered some more bushings in. I guess I'll phone back and make sure they ordered the right ones.

I just got off the phone with the dealership and told them about the 156E. They gave me one big product number ending with S. I asked them to have another look into the 156E and they said they would look and get back to me. What is it going to take for them to get it right??

This is the part you need:

Will mazda stop replacing the bushings after the warrenty is expired? Cause its not like they ever fixed anyhting if it keeps coming back.

No, but they only cost like $11-15 each, and you only need two. All you need to replace them yourself is jackstands, a socket wrench and about 1 hour.

Check out the "MSP Common Problem and Fixes" thread to read the how to I wrote on it.

I think we should get Energy Suspension to make a regreaseable kit for us.
