Rattle

Does anyone get a rattling noise when they engage the clutch slowly and add power. Also there is a click when I turn my wheel. My car has 35K on it already, is the sounds of my poor car dying? LOL Thanks

the click is just a sticker peeling off underneith the wheel, just grab it with tweezers. The clutch is probably too much juice too soon. I noticed it when taking off on a steep grade and I try to give too much gas. It kinda rattles, just the clutch slipping I think.

well there isn't any jolting or anything when the rattling starts, like a slipping clutch, but i feel it in the clutch pedal, I've tried it using a nice gentle release and engagement too and it still does it. Almost like it's the CV joints, but I'm not sure. And what sticker are you talking about. I'll check it out thanks

On mine there was a small white sticker on the steering wheel between the wheel and column, where you can't really see. The ends of the sticker were pealing up and whenever I'd turn right the sticker would catch on something until it finally let go and then made that clicking sound, so I think that is probably the same thing you have. If it's not the clutch slipping then I don't know what it would be. Sorry.
