Question about sri

I just made my custom sri. Everything is fine no cel or anything. My question is, even i'm not getting any cel could my car be running lean?

Depends did you increase the side of the pipe where the MAF bolts or screws into? If yes then yes you did lean it out some... how much depends on how much bigger you went. (can't really tell without gauges). I'm saying this because I assume your MAF is like this one below... If not then no you didn't!

The MAF is designed to measure air coming in though a certain diameter of pipe. If you go to a larger pipe with the pipe unmeasured air gets by the MAF thus causing a lean effect.

if its a little smaller it would be running richer. The only way to tell if its runnign leaner or richer is by a gauge or the spark plugs after a few thousand miles.

Stock is 2 5/8" ID, I would check to see what your custom one is
