Poor Idle, engine light, stalling.

I am not sure what is wrong so I will throw this out there. My car has nothing but exhaust work after the origioanl cats and an Injen CAI.
Right now it idles at about 500-700 and will drop down for half a second and come back up two or three times every miinute or so if I am sitting still. Sometimes when turining or just straight driving it will stall. The stall is strange. It only stalls out when I gas up to rpms of 3500 or higher then shift out directly inot neutral instead of going into the next gear. The engine light comes on most the time too.
I have been told this is a vacum leak but I think its something else. I have looked and listened and so have others trying to find the leak. Cant hear it or find it.
Please I have been a loyal member and need help. The dealer will not work on the problem, is blaming it on the CAI. Corksport ensures me that it is not the CAI. PLease anything you think it could be or similar problems I would love to hear. I will be checking back radomly.

Mine has done it since I owned it, dealership doesnt care. There might be a small vac leak somewhere which just makes it a little bit worse, remember all our hoses are made out of bad rubber that cracks easily. Go through your entire vac system and check for slitting or worn hoses, and replace with nice silicon ones. Also check the connections of the bpv to the intercooler pipes, and all the connections of the pipes ie: turbo, ic ends, CAI, throttlebody......also recet ecu after all this like zoom said. I really bet it will help or fix the problem.
