you should've filed a police report anyways.... it's a lot less hassle than you think. if the driver decides to fak you over and not pay, then it's pretty much your word against his.

I know....im headed down to the Police station tomorrow morning to file a report. There was a witness that called the cops for my accident, so they should have a call in file for the wreck. And also, the officer that showed up afterward should remember it too........btw the Police station was 1 block from the wreck

I feel your pain. The same thing happened to me back in october in my old Civic. I was sitting at a light and this lady with an 80's model Grand Marquis slammed on her brakes, ran into the back of me, and knocked me into an Isuzu Trooper. My car was totalled and that's when I ended up buying my P5.

**UPDATE**

Not having the best of luck with this guy paying me in a timely matter......or paying me for that matter. Im just going to pay for this outta my own pocket, and hopefully this guy will eventually pay me something.........

After searching for a rear bumper and skirt for about a week at shops, junk yards, and this local mazda junk yard........the lowest price i could get was like $450 for both! at a freakin junk yard ...and roughly $500 at any local body shop. Finally went back to my dealer and asked my mechanic to hook me up with his discount, and hes getting me both bumper & skirt new for $363 (thumb) So i should have my car back to normal by next week when it gets done with paint......along with my newest additon, the Xcelerated Concepts CF Trunk!!

.....and for the guy who hit me, he'll get whats coming to him....Karma's a b****!
