Please read the following info carefully before submitting your pics. The better people follow what I have written the less confusion their will be when it comes time to produce these. If people start submitting several pics this thread will be a mess and things will not go as expected.
Agenda: Pic submission ends on 12/5/04 11:59PM EST
Voting is from 12/06/04 until 12/12/04 11:59PM EST
Please don't submit pics for voting if you do not have a higher res version close to the following specs:
ex: size=23x29 6900x8700 pixels dpi.=72
size=34x52 10,200x15,600 pixels dpi.=72
size=17x22 5100x6600 pixels dpi.=300
size=8.5x11 2550x3300 pixels dpi.=300
I want each submission to include the users last name, forum handle, car make, car year, within the post and as the file name.
ex: mckee_splitvizion_04M3.jpg
When submission ends and voting starts you will be able to vote using the file name that is posted along with the pic.
Each user is allowed to submit (1) pic for voting. After voting I will take more pics from the users that were voted as the top submitters.
Please post smaller low res photos in this thread for the voting process. After voting I will have people submit the higher res photos to the FTP site for the actual production of the calendar.
Finally, the top 14 vote receivers will make up the months,cover, & back of the calendar. The top vote getter will have his or her pic incorporated into a custom design for the cover. The remaining vote getters will have there choice of which month they want to occupy according to how many votes they received.
If there are any questions about submission, please feel free to PM me before submitting your files. Again, it will make things less complicated in the end.
