pic of my girfriends!

Perf,

what are the specs on your turbo? A/R, wheel trim, turbine stage (ie. stage 3)? The popular trubo for the SR20 guys is theT3T4 with .63 A/R, 57 trim comp wheel and stage 3 turbine. That beast makes 400+whp on ~21psi (no head work). I hope you see similar results.

the project will start with : T3T04E
standard stage 1 wheel and .48 AR
57 trim compressor wheel.
from the basic set up we will then see what gains we will see from a .63 and starting going up from there in turbine stages.
Im confident the .48 will be fine. we may go to the stage 3 turbine wheel though. thats after some tuning to start marketing the module and MAF that many are waiting for.

I guess you may tell me to do a search but, I'll ask anyway. What MAF are you using? Mustang Cobra? The 300zx MAF flows enough air for 500hp and the nissan Q45 MAF is even bigger! Just thought I'd throw that useless info out there :)

we are using a ford 70mm hollow unit which we integrated the mazda internals and redesigned and calibrated to be of a wider range to "see" boost AFTER the turbo. ITS not an off the shelf item unfortunatly. our first trial will be with an upgraded drwaw thru MAF and then we will test the BLOW THRU DESIGN.

PERF I would love to get ride in your beast at the open house. Your managment system looks promising, cant wait to see how it all turns out. Now get off the computer and tend to the Lady;) :D
Also off topic
regarding the s2k, you want the wiring diagram? If so just email me at spoolinfo@aol.com and I can email it to you:D
Laterz....I know longer will have the fastest daily driven pROTEGE:( :(

yes i need the ecu pinout for the s2000
if you have it i would like to get a direct "splice and play" unit ready. i want to research the options honda makes available on that car for ignition control.

LOL;) (moon) (rockon) (nobody) (gossip)

its been a rough week again
the ******* downpipe has been murder.
well as you know i am using an internal wastegate on a T3 turbine housing assembly.
well i wanted to use a ford standard swing valve housing for the downpipe. i tried connecting it to my housing and found out that my T3 was not a typical T3.
It was a Mutt made for saabs back in the day with a larger exhaust outlet than other standard ford or volvo garret T3's.
so i changed turbine housings all together.
went and got a spare ford .48 stage 1 from behind the shop where the cores are and put it on. well before all that i sand blasted and cleaned it. upon air cleaning i discovered a gigantic crack in the housing:mad:
now i was ******.
i spent about two days trying to get another housing new from my distributors and you guessed it they were all out of stock:mad:
so i contacted some friends ( thanks to LIMIT ENGINEERING in arizona for the info)
they informed me that it came off a early 90's saab and i just ordered a flange from the dealer today. this will finally complete the exhaust problem .
i also will be welding the end tanks to the intercooler tomorow. its just some of these little things that i never gave much thought to that is holding me up.
but we are ever so closer.
kooldino said it best last night when he said that custom jobs like this will see every **** up possible till the end. but we are almost there. a couple more days.
my partner went to carslsle PA for the ford nat. show this weekend so i have to wait till monday afternoon when he gets back to finish up the install.
sorry for not posting pics guys just been way to busy with personal s*** too. family is a little sick.
linux i did get your message and will get back to you tomorow.
i have about 24 emails about this kit to answer yet. guys thanks for your patience and i will get to them all tommorow.
this project is well worth it though. it has taken a while but will pay big dividends when its done. thanks linux BTW for all your help and kooldino too. you guys are the s*** and trust me i wont forget it. paul i will call you this weekend for dyno date and to talk about the spoolin open house. i have a little surprise for the virginia meet at spoolins. ill let you know then.
thanks again guys its just a little ways away now!!:D

ron you will see the final product when you come to the dyno. BTW what are we doing about your rear roll bar we talked about??

I know I know..
I am busting your nuys..
I am Joking....(nuts)

any updates perf? Hows things comming along? Hows the piggy back work?

paul ihavent posted lately because of a delay with the exhaust downpipe not being done yet. still waiting for the flange. should be in by tomorow morning.
the module is fine and is mapped as per wiring and ready to be installed and tuned.
that will not be an issue since we have gone thru the ecu pinouts many times and can easily splice in and retard the timing at will.
just everyday bulls*** is plagueing us right now.
sometimes its the things you dont expect that give you the most trouble.
good thing is that the kit will enjoy trouble free days because we are experiencing evrything now and correcting all the piping and connection strategies for install by the recipient.
dont worry i will have a big write up about the module.
like i mentioned earlier in another thread i will have a big surprise for those going to the open house at spoolin's. when you come to the dyno run youll see what im talking about.
very soon bud:D

im excited for the big "surprise" and the dyno

btw, what day you leavin for spoolins fri or sat.

spoolin told me his shindig is on sunday. i wanted to leave friday night though i dont know how we are going to arrange it. i think we should post a thread in all the catagories to see who is coming and when we could all leave.
i think it would be better if we went together
plus my partner from the shop was interested in coming. he is part of the event i have planned for the open house. dont get me wrong i will anounce what it is before the event. its just i want to think about how to put this together.
i hope alot of people come it should be a great event.
terry did a nice job getting this together.
my idea was to have somewhat of the same event if you remember , but it will include an autocross which will take place in september.
