paint injen CAI?

hey, i got my CAI scratched, looks kinda bad, I was thinking about painting it yellow with that spray paint thats for engines (heat wise, 500F) any thoughts?

anyone do anything like this?

yep...just did it this weekend with some duplicolor anodized paint. did the valve cover, heatshield, and both intake tubes...the intake looks good as hell if you leave the polished coating on it. I'll try and take some pics this afternoon before i get off work.

i painted it red...it's close to the mellinium mica color but not an excat match.

Here ya go....heatsheilds not looking so good after three days cause of the clear coat i used on it so just ignore that, it's done better than the ceramic heat paint i had on it before. hopefully it won't be on there too much longer...
