oil changes

yeah, its in the manual. 4 quarts. dont fotget to change the filter too; id recommend OEM Mazda filter. just go to the dealership and order one. or a case. :D

Mobil 1
10w30

Purolator Oil Filter- I meant to get the Pure1, but I didn't realize the guy gave me the wrong one till my car was up on the lift, so I just used this. Next oil change will be same oil but with a Purolator Pure1 filter.

Mobil 1 Full synthetic 10w30 as soon as the car gets broken in. (I heard you should use conventional for the break-in period.) Is there a reason the OEM filter is better than a Mobil 1? I know for some cars there are drain-back valves, is the Speed the same way?

I've never been able to get more than 3 quarts back in before it reads full. (Yeah, even after running it and allowing the filter to fill up w/oil.)

no clue how; the manual states oil capacity as 3.7 quarts.

Castrol Synthetic Blend 10W-30. Good, relatively inexpensive stuff that can be found at your local Walmart.

Shouldn't this be in the Performance section? Or maybe Appearance, since you can see the Oil going into the Motor?

Move this NOW!
How dare you defile the order that the collective has wrought upon us! Damn you and your MSP warped mind!
