Oil Change showing on 2019 CX-5 despite 4 months/4700km left

Hi everyone,

Today, my '19 turbo started showing "Oil Change Due" on the instrument cluster when I turn the car on.

The car was last serviced in march and has only accumulated 3000km in that time. After the service, we reset the warnings in the infotainment screen where you're supposed to, and all was good.. until today.

I have the car set to 8000km for intervals as per the dealer advising this is fine, and 6 months between oil changes as the time in the settings (I always change it way before the months are up!).

Does anyone know why the car is showing Oil Change Due? Did I miss a setting somewhere?

I saw another thread on here where people said to just go clear it, but I've gone through and cannot find what I missed when we last changed the oil. I reset the time and mileage as stated above.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks so much! I ended up calling Mazda and they told me I didn't reset it properly. So they walked me through it and its good now.

I'll keep track of this though.
