Car is waiting to be decomissioned. My insurance co, and the DMV will not let me buy the car back.
I feel I am getting a good price regardless...

Well all I have is 14k which out of those 4k is going to CC debt, and the rest towards a car.
Thus the list I have is what I can go for.
Can't do STi/Evo due to high insurance.
Really want to keep it in the Mazdaspeed Family, but will go down a bit for a regular in the MS years.

Unless its low mileage and an irresistible deal... basically for me going from an 03 to an older car = downgrade.
