If you want hidden, I designed Hidden. A friend of mine will weld one together for you for $300

I have no need for that level of hidden...but I'd be concerned the safety chains would be rubbing the bottom of the bumper somehow.

They would need to have no slack at all in order to rub the bumper. Normal length chains will hang below the bumper.
