Odd noise from AWD system

Im not sure if some of you guys recall but 2 or 3 weeks ago I posted athread on odd noises my car was making, "sounded like a firetruck siren...

I thought it was my turbo, but they found no issues with the turbo, they did however find that my AWD was leaking and that my rear motor mounts were broken. A week at the dealership and $200 in car rental fees later and my car was back... But the noise was still there! i tried ignoring it for a week by driving with the windows closed and my stereo blasting, and this Monday I noticed the noise was gone!
a day later I heard a much different noise one that sounds like a tractor truck

when i drive my car it feels like some wheels are dragging and as if im steering a heavy car.

to top it all off the noise is BACK!!!

I think its the AWD drive but I guess Mazda is going to let me know, its going back to the dealership (cryhard)(bang)

has any one experienced this?

I have no Engine lights on everything sounds perfectly normal when the car idles but once i move you feel and hear!

Mazda said the AWD transfer case was cracked in half! that was the problem... Thank G-d its covered by warrantee.

ya that is actually a TSB. when i brought my car into mazda for my first oil change, they checked it and it was leaking so they fixed it for me. i bought my car from a ford dealership but i guess they don't recieve the TSB's from mazda, even though i bought a 2 year extended bumper to bumper warranty
