NSN Motorsports Auto Tranny Cooler

1,000,000 dollar question is: it will void your warranty, right? What is better? To have the warranty and fix the transmission if it breaks or void the warranty trying to avoid it to break? I would like to have it but what is the value if something happens and you do not have the coverage? (wow)

There shouldn't be any reason why this would void any warranty. You are just extending the transmission fluid line by a few feet & adding a cooler.

SHOULD anything happen, the kit can be removed in minutes, and easily reinstalled after any problems. But there should be no reason why anything mechanical should go wrong with your vehicle by adding the cooler.

Also: Everything is all set and ready to go! GB pricing will be up soon, I apoligize for the lack of updates!

Sounds good. Im probably going to buy one of these.. no such thing as a vehicle specific trans cooler... :)

Other than all the lines are cut to the right length, the brackets are right for mounting it front and center, and we worked it out with the manufacturer as to the ideal size and cooler for the car.

But you can buy a POS cooler from checker or autozone or the like for 20 bucks or whatever and it'll do about half as much...

I can sell you just the cooler from the kit and you can sort the rest out if you want .

With barbed fittings the 6 pass cooler is 29.89 plus 7.50 shipping
With -6 fittings it is 38.89 plus 7.50 shipping.

Part number is 4116 and 4116-6 Flex-A-Lite.

Later,

Steve

But when you find out you don't want to zip-tie it to the frame or to the radiator, and that buying the hose and the like and the shipping involved will all cost more than just buying our kit then let me know.

are those full kits btw? If they are, maybe I will buy through you.. much cheaper than I can find..

Those are the standard cooler "kits" that Flex-a-lite has... that's just a cooler with about 2 feet of transmission hose and some special zip ties... so they aren't really kits, just a plain cooler with some hardware included...

shipping to Hawaii would be more than the 7.50 I said before though... that's for the lower 48.

but anyway.. those are the plain coolers, if you want the mounting brackets I had made, more hose, etc that is additional as far as cost...

Thanks!

Steve

It will go on a P5... I don't have it all measured out completely, but it will work for that just fine and the brackets should be just right as well. If you are interested I can review and re-price it to make sure it is up to date and fits what you are after...

Thanks,

Steve
