You know, as a community and someone is asking for help, you guys need to STFU unless you have something to contribute. The guy comes on here in PUBLIC and asks for advice, you think that was easy??? There's NOTHING wrong with that. And yeah, there's a million different ways he could have asked, but he chose this route because apparently he didnt think you guys were so immature to act like elementary kids and bully him about it. Idiots bashing on a guy you DONT know and know nothing even about the damn subject. Especially one with 25 posts and JUST JOINED the forum this freggin month. Heartless know-it-all trolling noobs. Lay off. It's a community not a slug fest. Its also called off topic, get used to it because if nothing else.. there are more opinions, questions and advice in this section more than anywhere else on here. If you dont like it, go back to your matchbox cars and smoke more weed. I didnt know smoking pot also burns personality cells too.

As far as your night terrors, everyone at one time or another HAS experienced one. Some people DO wake with a fright, slap & fight in their sleep not knowing they are doing it in real life, sweat, cry, etc. When your body is asleep it's hard for the brain to deceipher what's real and what's not. Your brain is constantly going a mile a minute with no rest. Even when you're sleeping and continue to dream, have nightmares or night "terrors".... you will feel as though you had not gotten any sleep at all. The reason for that is that your brain needs sleep to recharge itself. And if you had it going all night, it wont be rested and relaxed in the morning. Some people contribute these terrors to stress... family, work, relationships, etc. Others think it's something deeper. My advice is to try to not stress over the small stuff, nap during the day if possible, dont drink caffinated drinks before going to bed, excersize to tire yourself out, watch good programing (not horror films, surgery shows, action or gore movies, etc.) before going to bed.. something less "threatening". IF there is a sleep clinic nearby and this has been an ongoing problem for years and night to night, seek help.
These night terrors do NOT MEAN BY ANY CHANCE IN HELL that you are psyco. Everyone has had one before as I said, no one is immune. Some may not remember it since it may have been years. But I'm sure some of us has had a bruise or two when waking and thought to ourselves... how the heck did THAT get there? So dont feel bad.
