Long-Term Maintenance Tracking 2016 CX-5

I've just hit 100k ,miles on my 2016 Mazda CX-5 and decided that it's time I handle all maintenance primarily on my own. As I am a forgetful person, I have created an automated spreadsheet that will notify me when scheduled maintenance items are due. My goal with this, is to cover as many preventative care tasks as needed to keep my vehicle running well for the foreseeable future. I'm hoping to keep this vehicle running for

What maintenance items would you add to this list? I pulled the entire owners manual in as well as a few tasks from reading forum postings here.

You didn't mention changing out the trans fluid but at 100k miles, some may say not to bother at this point.

I like the format of your sheet. How do you define Primary and Secondary maintenance?

Thank you. Primary versus secondary is arbitrary. Basically primary is anything I think is big enough to want to be notified that it’s time to perform or go out of my way to do. Secondary is just stuff that I would do next time I’m working on the car.

The spreadsheet has other tabs set up to estimate my mileage and activate a script that filters on maintenance due then send an email notification. The email is only triggered when primary maintenance is due, but it also sends the secondary. This is really my only reason for separating.

As you can probably tell, I’ve spent about as much time on the spreadsheet as I have working on my car.
