Alright, yeah, I'm lame..I work at a radioshack so this is what I do all day..New xmods and xmod money wasting crap!

I actually went on ebay last week hoping to find a good deal on one of the older xmods...I figured since no one here has mentioned them in the past month or two that they had been a bomb and I could pick one up cheap. They were still selling for $40 or so for a basic kit, which was quite a surprise. I wouldn't mind getting one, but can't justify spending too much since I didn't even play with my RTR4 gas powered RC car i bought last year.

Ehh...You'll have to find it's new owner I sold it to someone on here, and never heard from them again. Forgot who it was though.

Only mods I had were the 2 spd tranny, new motor mounts, bigger air filter and an exhaust. That damn thing flew though

What's the "drifting kit"?

The drifting kit is harder tires, almost plastic..You basically slide everywhere..more of a "lets slide ******* everywhere" kit than a drifting kit..If you mixmatch front and rear tires with the awd system..it works great

thats pretty cool....so its basically a tire upgrade

All-wheel drive, light mod, rim/tire upgrade, stage2 road race motor + metal heatsink, metal bearing upgrade, suspension mods...

and a custom-fitted RX-7 body which i'll get pictures of later if ya'll want.

my xmod is dead. i did the spinbrush motor and it lasted for like 4 months but non when i turn it sticks reverse dont work any more. do tyma (sp) motor work i have one that cost me $40 but i cant put it in cuz my car is s***.

yeah the mods do make a difference i work at radioshack and i put one together so we could have a demo one, and we put the stage 2 motor in it and you can tell a difference in top speed, and as far as the springs and stuff go they also make a difference i just havent put them on the yet, but as far as the best upgrade for handling on these cars i would say the tire upgrade kit or even the foam tires for carpet would be the best for the price

Yellow skyline, AWD kit, locked the rear diff, Spinbrush motor, hard tires all around, headlights, the stiff springs in the rear and the mediums in the front, and this b**** goes sideways so beutifuly on my hardwood floors.
