New Wheels! Advan RZ

Awesome! Those are my dream wheels! You're wife rocks! Also take a look at some Hankook V12s. Very popular tire now, with excellent reviews.

After reading the reviews about the Hankooks, I'm extremely impressed and they've jumped onto my list as my number one choice. Thanks for the recommendation guys.

Man the wheels are sweet! Your wife sounds like a real keeper for sure..lol! I'd get the tires I wanted the first time...simply to avoid having to take them and have a shop mount/dismount tires twice, i'd kringe knowing that some stranger with no idea of the value of them was handling a set of wheels like those.

Since you said you're short on cash, Tirerack still has 235/40/18 Hankook R-S2 for $89. I picked up a set since they were so cheap, but will wait until the summer to throw them on. From what I've read they're pretty good tires, especially for the money.

Sleek wheels if only these were available with a red stripe! Love the concave look very much subarish/staggered/agressive :)

Not as of yet. I think I have to wait until after New Year's because Christmas crushed my wallet after buying all kinds of gifts for friends and family. I want to mount these right now but they were an unexpected gift so they'll have to wait. Sorry for the anticipation guys, but I'm in agony with all the built up excitement so I'll update the first chance I get.

put your stock tires on 'em, they might be stretched a little bit but that should help out with the rubbing issue. Nice wheels tho dude

At one point I actually thought about doing that but I can wait. I'm a firm believer in doing something right the first time. Besides, I already know what 215/45/18 looks like on 8.5 wheels and disliked the look. I don't mind a mild stretch, but that's too stretched for me.

As far as rubbing, I'm going with around -2 camber and shaving (not rolling) the fenders. So there won't be any rubbing.
