New member needs help with a new screech?

Hello all! New member from Hudson, WI here with a question!

I just upgraded my 93 Twin Turbo RX with a GReddy Airinx intake system, a complete Bnez Performance Converter System (downpipe, 3" converter) and a Racing Beat Dual Tip Performance Exhaust. Now, when I release the accelerator, I hear a strange screeching air noise, which becomes louder upon releasing from higher RPM's (quite loud). I have also noticed, the 2nd turbo doesn't kick in until over 5000 RPM's, which seems a little late?

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is the screeching from a BOV?

I second the BOV being vented to the open intake and probably being noisier. And/or you are leaking boost somewhere. Double check the coupler on the 'Y' Pipe to cross-over. Just above the turbos.
