I am trying to make plans to get to Chi-town that weekend. I came there like a few weeks ago to move my sister-in-law into her campus apartment at UIC. I went to the Extreme Autofest that weekend and have to say it sucked ass! No real showings and some of the cars were nasty/ricey. I am concerned HIN might be like that, though I doubt it. I have not been to any HIN shows and infact, the extreme autofest was my first car show to check out. Has anyone been to HIN in Chicago before? How was it? I may be driving there the weekend of the 4th to visit my sister-in-law again with my wife and buddy. I am thinking I may drive my P5 there and enter in with yall if turn out is good and if HIN is going to be better than Extreme Autofest. Keep me posted and scribble me in as a maybe for showing my ride. I don't have much Injen, HKS axle-back, red painted calipers and light housing, Eibachs, and soon to have HIDs, but it looks nice and clean especially with like three coats of Meguire's show car wax. hey i goto UIC...wow what a coincidence, i think you should show with us, it would be a unique experince. i have been to a few HIN's they are generally the s***, alo of cars, alot of people, alot of music...its fun and worth it...

i know a few people who go to UIC most being friends prob about 5 or so. yeah i agree with chitownballer on how good HIN is. i still wanna organize a caravan for all of us who r ONLY going there to watch and check out the cars. any takers??

no Mazda here either Mr. Jinx yay, im not the only nonMazda owner now!! hahaha!! yeah join the caravan if u want, ill try and come up with a spot where we can all meet at, where r u coming from so i can get an idea where everyone is coming from?? id also like to know where everyone else that wants to join this caravan is coming from so we can pick spots to meet up at before we drive there.

What's going on with the list of peeps showing their rides at HIN? I may be coming from MN and would not mind showing if the turnout from this forum is good. Keep me posted. Maybe I'll see yall at HIN soon. Peace.
