New Exhaust for Mazdaspeed Proteges

Well its been over 3 weeks and no cat. My cat is rattling pretty badly now. Ughhhh! Gonna have to called a third time tomorrow. The dude told me I should of got it about 2 weeks ago.(rant)
That really sucks Renzo, I was real impressed with the exhaust and I know I hadn't had any problems with mine or talking with vibrant. I guess there has to be at least one bad one in the batch, sorry it was yours, good luck on getting it fixed up, this exhaust is my favorite mod thus far.

No need to wait, the exhaust isn't covered by warrenty anyway...from what I heard.

It's not, but I'm being really careful with my dealer. We have mutual respect and I want to keep it that way. Since the exhaust system causes more power output to parts that are still covered, it's better not to chance it.

can anyone do a comparison between this exhaust and corksport? sound, performance, installation problems (i.e. rattling, fitment), etc..

I have had zero problems with my Vibrant exhaust, and I love the sound.

I have heard both, but no nothing about the fitment of the corksport. The only setback about the Vibrant is extending the o2 sensor. But I think for corksport you have to use the mil eliminator anyway, so it's pretty much a toss up. I could be wrong about the corksport though.

i was thinking more along the lines of those who have heard or driven both...

fitment on the corksport is fine w/ the MSP, just a little bending of the hanger in the ass end.

never heard the others. I love the CS though. Its not to lound but not at all rice. Has a very nice grumble. highway speed is a lil droning but its aftermarket...cant get by that.

I dont like one of my budies cs exhaust and he likes my vibrant exhaust, does that help, installation was easy, sound is great all around, you do need the polyurathane hangers, 3" vs 2.5" (get the Vibrant)

Well I finally got my catalytic converter today from vibrant. Friday I will have it welded on. I cant wait! I also need to get my CustomMSP SMIC put in too.(dance)
