You can get AWD as OEM

I have the exact car as catman, bought mine brand new a month ago. It came with the awd badge. I wonder if that is standard on awd models?

Mine, 2 weeks old, came with an AWD badge. I believe it is standard.

Interesting. The AWD badge is new then for Mazda, as they did not apply it on past model year AWD CX-9 vehicles.

Really stoked about the ride and handling of this car. Feels as if it is much lighter.

Looks good. I like the grey. And that is definitely a new thing adding the AWD badge as many people have complained about it not being there on the 07's and 08's.
