New 6812CF's in my 3/5 - do I need xovers?

I've got a '06 3 hatchback and the sound is disappointing. Per recomendations from this site, I've purchased 6812CF's. I also purchased a powered sub, Clarion SRV303 (I'm trying to keep frugal with these mod's).
Q1: Should I disconnect the existing tweeters up in the door? WIll they clash with the tweeters on the Infinitys? Q2: Is there any advantage in using crossovers to high-pass the 6812cf's since I'm using a subwoofer? Would this allow the existing amp to drive the door speakers louder if I reduced the low frequencies they see? Q3: IS there an easy place in the rear to pull power and signal for the sub? I don't listen to music very loud and I don't really want to run wire to the battery. THanks.

I have the CF 6812's up front and the stock 06 woofers in back. the Stock speakers have a bit more bass then the infinities, so i kept them in back.

I disconnected the stock tweeters. they didnt do much anyway. even when connected with the infinities, you couldnt hear them.

I think the stock stereo sounds pretty dang good (for a stock radio anyway) while playing a CD or iPod, XM etc. but the FM radio SUCKS for sound quality.

no you have to run power from the battery, you should be able to fit a 8awg wire through the grommet already in place on the passenger side of the fire wall... yes you should be able to high pass those speakers with the amplifier you use... if you just bought the new speakers and don't plan on amping them you should have stuck with stock... stock speakers and a layer of sound deadening did a lot more then you would think... i am now running boston Z6s and 225 watts to each door... its loud and crystal clear to the point that i can't deal with the loudness anymore no distortion at all..
