CX-3 is an SUV/CUV based on the Mazda2 platform. More than likely it will sell much better than the 2 since it sits higher.

I would like to have a bigger/heated garage. I hate working on the cars in the cold and tend to sometimes put stuff off until it warms up a bit.

Chris, my in-laws have a 2014 Escape with the ecoboost and so far none of the troubles I've heard about it. It is strictly a city commuter though...

Thanks! After a little research it turns out the previous gen offered a stick shift with the V6. Gas mileage isn't as good as the Ecoboost but if I can find a used one with low miles that is an option.

NP and what about Robin's Tribute? Sister to the Escape but I don't know anything about their towing ability. Going to guess hers is an at though but since Mahk is looking to upgrade to the CX-5 maybe you can score it cheap.

Amanda thinks the Tribute is ugly. I think I'd need the V6 to be OK with towing. Not sure what Robin's is.

Just saw the news about the Daytona 500. In 2013 Danica Patrick gets the pole. I argued it was rigged but people said its more about luck and getting a little help down the straight when the winds are right. 2014 Austin Dillon, last year's rookie of the year wins pole. Nothing fishy there? How about the fact his car has a big #3 on the side of it. The triumphant return of Dale Earnhardt's #3 at the track he passed away on...and it sits on the pole. I won't be surprised at all if he wins too.

Was going to work on the car today but it's raining. I miss having a garage, but not the house.

60k on the trib it's an 09.....move date is 16...and i too miss the garage but not the house!! i'll have my garage back soon!

The word on the street is that Snowboarding popularity is dwindling. Sales of new boards is very low. I think the downhill sport is struggling in general though. Global warming isn't helping. People are failing to see the value in paying $80-100 to freeze their ass off. Where does all that money for lift tickets go? Probably lawyers and liability insurance.

As for me? I picked up XC ski gear for about $250 at the end of last season. I've skied more this year than the past 10 years and I've only paid about $50 for lift passes on the days I want groomed trails. Oleg and I have gotten out a few times together. I'm enjoying back country skiing on the trails I usually mountain bike...and the best part, no lift ticket.

I got my set for $230 including the bag to haul the board or store it in summer. have few places within 1hr so not a bad idea to play in snow and might get into season ticket for better pricing ..

yup....i drove her about a month ago and it still put a smile on my face...damn salt....i'd fix her up if it wasn't for every nut and bolt along with the strut towers being so rusty and rotting

Found a nice 97 STO in TX that I requested more info about. Listed as black with brown cloth (?) but is STO blue with tan leather. Then I noticed that the car in the pictures was a 5sp but the one advertised was an at....someone posted the wrong pics. But found a nice '93 Smurf out in Cali that keeps drawing my eye....but $5900 for an at with no hard top seems a bit high to me.
