Well that depends on how the owner treated the modded car.. like ok if someone were to buy my MS6 there getting a Gem of a car 
.. but someone else (unless you know them) may be a different story.
Depending on the amount of mods.. that is overpriced. KBB on it is $17,500-$18,000 id bet

I paid 24K for my MS6 GT brand new after incentives. You'd better really like those mods to pay that price.
All this talk about the MSF. I've never even been there. It sounds to me like the community is similar to the MSP community here back in 2003 when i first joined. Lots of transient youngsters who bought the car thinking it was the fasted thing around and then quickly traded allegiance when the SRT4 came out.
