Not to rub it in but I did 7 miles this morning. It's been a while since I did a long run but it felt good. I powered through the uphills and laid off on the downhills. I didn't set a stop watch but it took a little over an hour so that's roughly 10-11 minute miles.

My only really good friend at work is getting laid off tomorrow. Not only was he my friend but he worked harder than all but one of the other guys in the department (he and the other guy are even). He got screwed royally because it was based on reviews and his previous boss who is a dipshit had a thing against him and gave him bad reviews. Really sucks. I was hoping for someone else. He has a 2 month old and a wife that doesn't work. These times suck......

nice.....trying to catch up after not being on much the past couple of days.......

i ran 3.25 miles mon-thurs this week. really have not ran much the past month but i did pretty well......was around 25-26 minutes........

just got home...left beverly at 630.

yup...3 hr trip turned into 6.5 hrs.

car died on the pike near rt 122...had two tow trucks bring me to my parents house in CT...gonna swap out the disty again tomorrow morning and that'll fix it.

Going to also give autozone hell and demand my money back, then go buy a brand new one at Mazda.

just finished up relocating my washer fluid tank to the trunk since there is no room at all in the engine bay..came out really good. just gotta get it all hooked up..

actually the bracket i installed it with allows the tank to slip off of it when its empty so i can fill it with ease..all the tubing and stuff i have not installed but ill post pics once its done should be super easy as theres lots of room and places to hide the lines underneath the car..
