rode my new commute today to see what it'll be like...it's faster on my bike then my car, whoohoo!

I'm so jealous. The only thing that would get me to ride is working close to home. I don't think my body has 40mi a day in it.

Car is at the local gas station this morning. Front right has a nail. It's good to be walking distance to amenities. That way I can come home and get stuff done while they work on it.

So excited. I ordered a racing wheel and it comes in tomorrow. Yippee! I've got GT4 on the PS2 to play and some other games on my PC. It'll work with GT5 on the PS3 too (if I ever get one).

Graphics - Yes, Photos - No. They had someone local and I'm actually updating those because some are old.

I'm not so sure why I waited so long to get one. I play almost every racing game out there. I became a master at arrow-key driving...but the latest games are just too realistic for the keyboard.

Well got started on the brakes. Love doing the rears on the Miatas. Do not have to remove the emergency brake cable, very slick.

Ran into a snag on the driver front though. The lower slider pin was seized and finally got it out but it needs to be replaced. Called 2 Mazda dealers and no one has them in stock wtf (encourage. Ordered one and will get it tomorrow. Car is US till tomorrow.

Well, on my way to the party on Saturday one of my headlight eyelids flew off as I was going down the highway...ripped the other one off when I got to Jenn's.

Spent about 20 mins on the headlights today with a Rain-X Restoration Kit. I'm literally blown away by the results and "easy-ness" of it. Before and After pics below...

Lots of glue left over from the eyelid!
