wow...so much pain today...arms/shoulder/neck really sore, but sharp pain in quads still...gotta stretch, stretch, stretch! Rode my big heavy Raleigh to school with panniers and pretty much no brakes (front pad came off on the way to school, oops!)

Picked up some more vinyl at the flea market this weekend so I threw on Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms this morning. For a dollar it was in amazing shape and sounds so much better than my CD version.

At work early this morning, had a meeting that lasted over 2 hours, finally got to my desk after being here for 3 hours. First grad class tonight then packing and waking up super early for a flight to Dallas. Meetings/presentations there to 2 days then flying back really late Thursday and waking up early Friday to drive home (NY) for the long weekend. Busy freaking week!!

I bought one at Dick's (probably more $$$ than you'd spend online, but I had the instant satisfaction), I think most sporting good stores have them. This was recommended by my physical therapist.
Speaking of which, looks like the date for my surgery will be Monday 9/14, final confirmation tomorrow.

Hahaha yeah.... I love to cook. The only think is, I hate cooking for myself. I prefer to cook as long as I can make enough for myself and others.
