Changed the plugs yesterday, today pulled the nose off and cleaned the air filter and retorqued the towing brackets. Tomorrow the PDR guy will remove the dents that mom put in the door. Still need to lube the brake calipers and repaint. Also need to repaint the wheels.

Didnt know you were repainting the wheels. What color are you going with next or do we have to wait for the finished product? Shes going to be looking good.
Can you belive our crazy weatherman is calling for snow showers Saturday? Ill believe that when pigs fly, oh wait...the Cubs did just win the World Series!!!

was in the 80's but now in the mid 70's.
She's no garage queen anymore but still looks good for the miles on her. Repainting the wheels the same colour but changing the Calipers to red from yellow. PDR guy did a great job on the car, spent 5 hours on her to get the door looking great and removed most of the severe dent on the panel behind the door.
Your right Jeff, fall is the time to update and work on her. Summer is too busy working and racing plus family stuff to work on her. The list is long. Trying to get her ready for the next autox on Sunday
I can't do pics right now as my phone camera is not working that well. Waiting for my new phone to arrive tomorrow.

scored a sweet cargo box for the forester to house my skis and gear. Next for it will either be off road tires or more exterior lighting

p5 is a little brighter, but yeah its close. I do like the power the forester has compared to p5 but the p5 is just a more enjoyable car to drive imo. If weather behaves ill have some nice pictures of Mt Rainier to share next week.

I hear ya, mine is far from it too. Should I come across some extra cash I'd love to get the front bumper repainted and then protected with 3M or something equivalent. The hood has quite a few chips in it as well but a Carbon Miata carbon fiber hood would fix those nicely. haha The red calipers will go nicely with the new colored wheels, also pre-planning for those gold ones.

I'll be honest, at a quick first glance, I thought he bought a cargo box for the P5!
Nice score Kyle. If it were me, I'd go for tires first.
I am currently in that one point where I was with the miata when lowering it/new tires. I didnt want to lower miata on stock wheels since that would look silly, but i didnt want to rock the rpf1 at stock height, so I saved up and did them both at once!
Right now I may lift the forester first 2-3", then I can squeeze in some even meatier tires and really throw my speedometer off!
Still rocking those sweet mp3 wheels I got from you mahk!

I liked the MP3 wheels but found them heavy compared to stock.
Been trying to get the Nexus 5x and it's been a trial. First one off Amazon and it was an international model. Sent it back. Second one was from eBay and it was DOA, sending it back. Good thing my old phone is still working.

Its all good Bruce. My offer was more of a jest. The Vortex is old, I think I got it back in 2010 or so? GL in finding that Nexus. Making some good progress.

The console idea is so neat! IMO, it would be smarter to buy a newer model raspberry pi so you can play NES, SNES, genesis, etc. I play NES on my older pi but it does not handle SNES super well.
But if you want the nostalgia then you need to buy the classic!
