hey Mahk.. Laurie gave me your Sahlen shirt. I'll pass it on at the next meet, or we can meet up next time I get called up to Hopkinton for work.
back at you! glad to hear mia is free! hey, you planning on doing any of the races this year besides LRP in oct? maybe the glen? lmk
in other news, the painting is progressing nicely, spent all day fri and sat working on the trim...also painted 18 shutters and two doors, got both porch hand rails and spindles done...tedious work! no miata love...had a great mothers day with robin and the daughter in law. sunday brunch and some fun with the kids in the afternoon.
looks like we have a soild buyer (family with 3 young boys) for the house. they came by sat. and said there wasn't a thing they didn't love about the house and the location. they live in town on a busy street so the dead end cul de sac was just waht they were looking for! also, they know several families on the street and there kids are best friends with their children as well. PERFECT! we told them what we were asking (no real estate) they're suppose to make us an offer tonight. anything close to 450 and it's a done deal! you figure we have tp pay real estate almost 25k in fees, so if they offer us 20k less will prob take it to have it gone. as i told you guys in an earlier post, it's costing me 15k a year to live here!
alos, the reason i call them stealerships!

you went to mj? thanks man! ya, call me the next time you're in hopkinton, we can hook up for dinner?
yup.. drove down friday night, stayed at the family house in Wildwood along with Phen, and went to the race Saturday and Sunday.
I'll shoot you a message when I'm heading up to Mass. I know I should be up there at least twice over the next few weeks. It actually is rather easy to swing through the Providence/Pawtucket area on my way back from the office.
awesome!6 hour drive to the glen for me. I'm seriously considering it.
ya, you were talking about this at the cape meet...good luck!!I'm looking into going to the Glen for August. However, it its looks like camping or staying 1hr+ away from the track. There aren't many hotels and they book upwards of a year in advance for NASCAR events. All that is left is roach-motels. I'd be OK staying that far away for a typical grand am event, but traffic getting to the track is a whole different story when NASCAR is in town. So anyway, I'm working on getting Amanda to agree to camping. Wish me luck![]()
