Need some springs, suggestions?

first of, thanks for the help in advance!

im helping my sister in-law pick a gift for my bro in-law. i'm suggesting some lowering springs for his 02' 5.

her budget is $200 bucks... we could go slightly over if needed...

what springs out there (or if it can be done) will work with the stock struts? he does alot of traveling so im thinking maybe a progressive would be more comfortable?

i noticed the tein's are cheap in price...

ok, looks like teins or eibachs... is it true the teins drop lower? also is that to low for ride quality? looks like eibachs are about 1.4 upfront and 2 for the teins!

any eibach vs. tein debates?

I'm in the same boat. Don't know if the OE struts will work with a lowering kit?

How are the H&R's better than the Teins? They are both linear springs, built by 2 companies that are at the forefront of suspension tuning. I'm sure they're equal.
