Anyone know of a good link for some detailing tips...washing, clay bar, wax, techniques, etc. Would be cool if there was a sticky in the appearance! Thanks in advance...

when i decide to do the full detail on my car..
first i rinse it off
then wash with mequires car shampoo.. spray rim cleaner on at the same time (let sit)
wash off the rims first then the soap off of the car
dry with california water blade and a shammie
if its way time. first i use mequires deep crystal polish
and follow with cleaning wax (one section at a time)
deep crystal polish on the windows will remove water spots
neverdull metal polish on the rims
mequires hot shot tire slime stuff on the tires.
hit the lip of the rim with glass cleaner
hit the roof racks with meguires back to black
vaccuum
inside windows
dust dash with california dash duster
meguires vinyl protectant on dash
windex on broadway
leather protectant / cleaner on seat
throw away straw wrappers
clean face of deck and gps with eyeglass swabs
squirt of ozium on each floor mat
dryer sheets on the floor in the front
this whole thing takes me about 3 hours to do.. i do the cleaning every weekend.. teh waxing every 3 weekends. -=)

If you only have access to local parts stores and dont want to order products online, Meguiars would be my choice for most things. But, as the guide states, I have better choices listed.
