My MS3 was stolen on Friday!!

he isnt going to find it...the car has been most likely parted off..u dont jsut steal a ms3 without knowing the engine and tranny it has for a reason...someone stole it and prolly threw the motor into something else already with the numbers scratched and the rest gets crushed...jsut my opinion but i could be wrong

Just in case the guy who stole it is an idiot and driving it around Columbia, any stickers or other things non stock about the car? I'll keep an eye out for it on the road.

True Red. Has the MS CAI. The rear plates have a border bracket with "Louisville Cardinals" on it. Otherwise, it is just like any other MS3 out there.

Theres now way that your friend doesnt know how to contact this guy he supposedly barley knows, no way at all.

Even if he doesnt know his last name, he does know where he met him, probably knows some of his friends, what bars he hangs out at etc.

He may or may not have been directly involved but he's no friend.

As for your girl, she has a different opinion to you, maybe she is being harsh for what she believes would be in your benefit, i dont know but it's no sole reason to split.

I hope you never get it back, i do wish you the best of luck with the insurance and that you come out of this with a new car.

Good luck

i doubt they parted it out just because have to do all the custom work getting the tranny and motor to fit would be nothing a stupid civic ricer that steals part would want to do.

i say the guy went for a joy ride, hit your neighbors car, said o **** now i cant bring it back, dropped it somewhere, if he was smart wiped it down, and how he is hiding out at his parents house till the heat cools down.

at least thats what i would do if i was him, personally i would have never stolen the car.

Yeah...the whole thing is just messed up. I will let everyone know how it turns out. In the meantime, I do appreciate folks keeping an eye out for it. (If you are obviously in my area.)

missed this...

thanks... I'll keep an eye out...

I live in Northern Virginia, but I'm in Maryland and DC quite a bit. Could you please PM your name, plate numbers, and phone number to me? I'll keep an eye out. I realize you don't know me from jack and might not feel comfortable giving me such info, but I thought I'd at least offer. Lemme know.

I'm a lawyer too, so if you find out who he is and want to do something about it, let me know. I'm licensed in VA & DC, but I'll be taking the MD bar exam sometime soon...If he lives in VA or DC I should be able to do something.

Best of luck to you.

real sucky man. what goes around definitely comes around though, i believe. i hope he's on the freeway and the motor mounts break and a cop pulls over to help him. hopefully you'll get a new car and a clean slate.

Camrycev6, WOW! I just read this. I had a car stolen when I was in my early twenties and it's not a pleasant feeling. Rest assured I will contact you if I hear, see or smell anything. Watch eBay, autotrader and all those Websites like that.

Thanks M3_Zoom.... At this point, I hope they don't find it. God knows what has happened to it. I do like the looks of the BMW 335xi. (300 HP, AWD....)

Just trying to stay positive right now.

What has your insurance company told you? Also I hope you had GAP insurance if you financed it.
