No need to pay for the carfax...Carmax will do that for me for free when I take it there. (Hopefully in a couple weeks.)

Actually it's free if you just punch in your VIN it'll tell you how many "records" it found on the car..... if it says 0 then you can get the idea....

WOW......... I think I need to buy carfax..... apparently there are 8 records on my car, and when the dealer showed me the carfax for my car there was only 1 record? and that was back in April.

My mx-6 was in 2 accidents during its lifetime, and neither showed up on carfax. It's a shame you can't really trust those anymore.
And I know one of them I did report to the insurance company.
