msd kit??

Hey i just got back from my cousins shop and he told me that if I wanted a "msd kit" for free but he need a part number or the type of kit I need. So my question is, if anyone know the kit we use or if they even have a kit of our cars?

oh my bad man, sorry I have heard that MSD does make an ignition system for our cars but as far as price and orsder numbers, i don't know.

rosendo, the MSD DIS system won't work on our cars from what I've been told. There's another thread on here that goes into detail about the resistance of the coils being too high for the control unit to work. If you still want to try it but don't want to blow up a very good box I believe I've still got my old control unit left laying around from my first miata I had. If you want it PM and I'll send it to you.
