CHICO2003 said:not sure if this is a coincidence or not but.... my CEL went on today. Car's got about 30k miles on it with only an injen CAI for a mod. seems to be running ok... getting the same gas mileage as it always has... guess I'll have to bring it in next week. kind've blows cuz I wanted to take it for a nice long drive this weeekend... but not if the CEL is on.

Rainman said:Just finished the second tank with 45 mls of acetone. Again, I have somewhat improved kilometreage with 405 km to this tank vs 340 km per tank prior to the addition of acetone. I have driven about the same with this tank as I did with the previuos tank. I did not run this tank to E as I did the last. I suspect that I had another 30 km in the tank, but I do not have any way to prove this.
All in all, I think that my kilometreage remains about the same...a marked improvement over the pre-acetone state.
