.. I have to go with everyone else on pretty much everything. ESPECIALLY the whole thing of, "If you're only concerned with straight-line speed, the MSP isn't the car for you." KEEP THAT IN MIND! .. If you have a lot of long, straight roads where you live and you want to do nothing but blast down them, do NOT get the MSP. The MSP was made more for handling, not for straight-line races. It can hold it's own in straight-line races, sure -- it can even kick some serious ass with a few mods -- but when you're looking at a stock MSP versus some other cars in the same price range, it is simply not the fastest. But it is the most well-balanced. THAT is your difference. THAT is where you must make your choice. Do you want straight-line speed, or do you want balance?
However, I have to admit that seeing a Saturn -- Redline or not, I don't give a s*** -- compared to a MSP (and the SRT-4 and V-Spec) was a bit insulting. I've always viewed Saturns as some type of mechanical rat. They just don't even compare, in my eyes, and they never will.
