Mazda Dicks MSP owner revisited

Called customer service line the 1800 number. Went to look at my car and found fender scratches where they put the engine support when they took the tranny out and scratched up my battery tie down. Still trying to get 2 new wheels when they scratched them when they turned the rotors. Yea looks like ill contact the news channels.

Argued with the service manager and district rep. They had to have a little pow wow huddle before talking to me all nervous and s*** of what they say. My friend heard this whole thing b/c I told him to come in to be witness. He's got an MP3 and he'll vouch for the waste of time convo.
They said the blowoff valve, turbo timer, and gauges i have means I street race so it was evidence the car was abused... LMFAO...with the s*** I argued with in the other thread I had a field day with this one...
I ask them are you even familiar with the Mazdaspeed Protege? (They were trying to feed me a large plate of bulls***) Mgr. goes,"Nope, this is the first one I have ever seen" what a fucktard.
I ask the regional rep,"You say this is an equivalent differential, can you tell me the torque bias lock up ratio and preset torque compared to the factory LSD and how it works?" b**** looks at me with a puzzled wtf you just say face...I go "Lemme help you the stock LSD by Tochigi has a 2.0 Ratio and 49nm torque preset powered thru a spring plate clutch. b**** replies "I'm not qualified to tell you this" PWNED
Mgr goes well since you have an attorney, Mazda has theirs too. I go you have no knowledge of the vehicle you work on, I have no use talking to you and left.
Still even though you just make them look like total asses. They still are stubborn and refuse to properly issue the correct service.
Looks like only route this is headed is the legal battle and let the media in on this s***.

service guy even said he test drove the car and said it lost all pull and doesnt torque steer anymore. Swore to God he says "it got an open differential but functions like one b/c it has a posi-trac type function as in the Mazda Tribute". SNIFF,SNIFF I smelled some strong ass bulls*** today. I wanted to tell this fucknut you can spoon feed other customers this bs but not me.
Again another wasted time conversing with the dumbass stealership.

JDM sam I wish I was with you so I can raise hell at the dealer...seriously they will need to take me away in cuffs. Remember to bring a recorder...and record all this BS. Turn it into an MP3...post and let us laugh at stupidity. PLus it will help you make MAzda look like an ass. In this case it seems like your dealers is completely clueless...not Mazda.
OPEN DIFF same as LSD? LOL Atleast put a phantom grip in but open diff? I assume they did not know it was a MSP and turboed. Keep raising hell...and they cant threaten you with corprate lawyers BS, becasue you bought the car with an LSD...not an Open differential. So you can tell them to **** off!
My delaer use to be a prick but the GM recently told us that he wants to form a "Car club" to represent his dealership and MAzda. At 1st I thought he was BSing and it was a ploy to void warrenties. But it came from the GM's mouth. So I meet with him monday to discuss about this. He actually wants us to go to Mazda sponsored events...HIN, SCCA, REv it up and etc.
Your dealer on the otherhand...SUCKS!
Those that think Mazda customer service and warrenty sucks...one word "Subaru" A dealer recently bought an AWD dyno and was giving out free dynos just to void warrenties.

And people wonder why I am a Communist (and why I spend 3 months out of the year trying to ruin Christmas). Do you not live near a "Mazdaspeed" approved dealer? I feel VERY lucky to have mechanics at my dealership that know what they are talking about, and are cool with mods. I really hope everything works out for you!! Keep fighting!

HAHAHA ^ I don't like to pull the race card in s*** tho unless I see they are discriminating me. They had bad service with a yellow msp owned by some white dude. So its not a race thing up there at least not yet. Man read the LSD failure thread in MSP performance section for a taste of what I said to that punk ass b****.

I only use it as an example, and to get them to back up and quit making presumptions.... Ok guys update.
Got my car back. Regional rep contacted Mazda NA Parts HQ with part #. Says it was another Tochigi Unit but revised? I'll go back and get a copy if I can. They pulled some s*** off the TheMAN's FAQ, surprised the s*** outta me. So they prob do read these forums.
Did a test drive and it does have a LSD still. The car doesn't seem to torque steer as much now. Maybe it has a different LSD setting. Only thing its stiff as **** to get the Reverse into and out of gear now. I think it has something to do with the bad fluid they put in it b/c I used to have synthetic.
Got them to get my 2 wheels refinished also from getting scratched when they turned the rotors. Called Mazda 1800 #, called HKS emailed 2 news stations, went in prepared to shoot down any bs excuses. They changed the wording of the release better to my favor. So there it is guys. Bitching works. If you ever need help lemme know & raise some hell.
I called 1800 # to document they insist they put the correct and right LSD in for the MSP. So if i have future problems or I find out this wasnt the correct part I have it listed in Mazda NA's database.
