Argued with the service manager and district rep. They had to have a little pow wow huddle before talking to me all nervous and s*** of what they say. My friend heard this whole thing b/c I told him to come in to be witness. He's got an MP3 and he'll vouch for the waste of time convo.
They said the blowoff valve, turbo timer, and gauges i have means I street race so it was evidence the car was abused... LMFAO...with the s*** I argued with in the other thread I had a field day with this one...
I ask them are you even familiar with the Mazdaspeed Protege? (They were trying to feed me a large plate of bulls***) Mgr. goes,"Nope, this is the first one I have ever seen" what a fucktard.
I ask the regional rep,"You say this is an equivalent differential, can you tell me the torque bias lock up ratio and preset torque compared to the factory LSD and how it works?" b**** looks at me with a puzzled wtf you just say face...I go "Lemme help you the stock LSD by Tochigi has a 2.0 Ratio and 49nm torque preset powered thru a spring plate clutch. b**** replies "I'm not qualified to tell you this" PWNED
Mgr goes well since you have an attorney, Mazda has theirs too. I go you have no knowledge of the vehicle you work on, I have no use talking to you and left.
Still even though you just make them look like total asses. They still are stubborn and refuse to properly issue the correct service.
Looks like only route this is headed is the legal battle and let the media in on this s***.

service guy even said he test drove the car and said it lost all pull and doesnt torque steer anymore. Swore to God he says "it got an open differential but functions like one b/c it has a posi-trac type function as in the Mazda Tribute". SNIFF,SNIFF I smelled some strong ass bulls*** today. I wanted to tell this fucknut you can spoon feed other customers this bs but not me.
Again another wasted time conversing with the dumbass stealership.
