P P-Funk! : Lancer Ralliart Sportback Apr 10, 2006 #2 i plan to do mine at 90K miles. it doesn't get exposed to heat stress as engine oil - so the interval is w*a*y longer... Shifting improves (i have been told) by upgrading the fluid. eh. For the cost of 3 qts to get a smoother shift - why not?
