Lowering springs

Im looking to lower my car and wanted to get some opinions. I'm looking at the H&R springs or Tein S-techs. Im trying to get as low as possible on springs. From pictures that I've seen the teins seem to be lower, but H&R claims lower drop rates. Do the teins seem to be lower because they are designed for the MZ3 and the weight of the car is different?

Tein:
Front: 1.0
Rear: 0.6

H&R:
Front: 1.3
Rear: 1.2

Have you considered going with Eibach Pro Kit, nice height and doesn't mess with the stock shocks much. I have a friend with Eibach and he likes em alot. They're what I am going to get.
